YOGA A PIEDI NUDI

A total immersion in nature to reconnect with the earth, our body and our soul! We will practise yoga together in a very special setting: the woods of La Mandria Park, within the Cascina Brero Sensory Path. Having bare feet in yoga is fundamental for being more stable in the positions and for greater concentration: they are the basis and extension of the Asanas. Suitable for ages 13 and up.
