Approximately 50 kilometres of almost entirely flat cycling, coinciding with the Saluggia Bean Festival, so panissa will be the star attraction at the end of the tour!
The itinerary - to be covered by e-bike, MTB or gravel bike - winds through the Canavese and Vercellese areas, a territory rich in waterways that are fundamental for agriculture, including the Depretis Canal and the Cavour Canal, which crosses the Dora Baltea with a unique structure: breathtaking views, from the rice fields of Lamporo to the hills of the pre-Monferrato with the Rocca di Verrua, passing through typical local farmhouses.
