CONCERTI IN SAN GIORGIO - 24ª STAGIONE - VALPERGA

The Church of San Giorgio in Valperga Canavese is a fine example of medieval architecture. Inside, it houses a 15th-century pictorial cycle unique of its kind, at least in the Canavese area, which was recovered in the years 1937-39 during restoration work.
As every year, the Associazione Amici di San Giorgio (Association of Friends of San Giorgio), in addition to guided tours, is organising four concerts to highlight this treasure set along the devotional route from Valperga to the Sanctuary on the summit of Sacro Monte di Belmonte.
