RESPIRA (PROVA APERTA)

Breathing is the very function of life, it fluctuates with us according to our moods: from the restlessness and restlessness of short breaths, as if we were living in mid-breath, to deeper breaths, where we become aware of our body and find balance in our emotions. This encounter combines the general state of the body, the awareness of the possibilities of movement, the relationship with the environment, listening to one’s own breath, that of others and of the group. These are the identifying marks of RESPIRA. After the open rehearsal there will be a talk led by Stefania Bellitti of the Gulliver Bookshop, together with the students of some local schools.
