This event presents the work of our PGI Piedmontese beef’s breeders: a series of events culminating in a bovine exhibition, a market of typical regional products, the Gran Bollito lunch, guided tours and an event at Palazzo Grosso and the Museum of the Soundscape, musical moments and conferences on agricultural and Food District topics.
