The pizzeria with kitchen 'Antico Balon' is located in the historic Piazza Emanuele Filiberto.
It is a vintage-style restaurant where the 'antique' decor and football memorabilia attract the curiosity of guests. Respect for rising times, the use of stone-ground organic flour and the choice of top quality products are our strong points for a highly digestible and tasty pizza. Our pizzas are also prepared with special flours, whole wheat, kamut, enkir.
