The chef
We try to support with our cuisine and our pizzas food culture in all its forms. Through simple dishes, experiencing the flavors and scents of the seasons in harmony with the environment, with the territory and in close cooperation with small local productions. We prefer Slow Food products and the choice of the most careful breeding for meat.
We tried to have the same care also in the selection of wines. As well as for the non-pasteurized beer.
