Just ten kilometres from Torino stands the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi. The hunting lodge and holiday residence commissioned by the Savoy family is the centre around which the park was developed. Not far from the Palazzina, which now houses the Museum of Art and Furnishings, is Castelvecchio, an ancient medieval manor house in a good state of preservation.
The park is free and always open. Here you can walk or cycle along the ancient hunting trails of the Savoy family, which branch off for several kilometres behind the famous Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi. There are several free, unattended car parks in the area, indicated on the map.
