Masterpiece of Gian Giacomo Plantery, Palazzo Saluzzo Paesana, located in Via della Consolata, has been defined as "the vastest and most complex example of a XVIII Century noble building".
On the noble floor of the Palazzo the Master Apartment, once belonged to the Marquese of Saluzzo, can be found. The Apartment is divided in several salons: the atrium, decorated with a fresco inspired by the "Judgment of Paris", the Sala dei Busti, with a finely decorated and frescoed vaulting, enriched by “grisailles” and statues celebrating the Saluzzo Paesana family, the Sala del Consiglio, enriched by golden furniture and consoles and covered by a finely decorated plaster coffered ceiling from the XIX Century, and the Camera di Parata, which maintains the richest collection of original ornaments and furniture, decorated by a vaulting and three paintings from Domenico Guidobono.
The Master Apartment of Palazzo Saluzzo Paesana represents an outstanding location in the historical center of Turin for the organization of prestige events like gala dinners, cocktail receptions, business meetings and seminars, conferences, art exhibitions and musical events, press conferences and set for photo/TV/ motion picture productions.
