With the project “Sustainability in the MICE sector - new strategies, models and tools,” commissioned to Istud Business School, Turismo Torino e Provincia Convention Bureau with Visit Piemonte and with the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Torino, has activated a training course for members of the Congress Operators Register, local meeting industry operators and the Local Touristic Agencies of Piemonte.
This is because sustainability must increasingly become a strategic driver and an operational tool capable of engaging the entire value chain in order to positively influence the internal sector and achieve real, long-term change for the community.
Testing, training, ecosystem - the three assets of the project: testing, to innovate and build new approaches, strategies and models; training, for a solid organisational culture capable of managing complexity; ecosystem with a generative impact, interconnected and interdependent to network.
In the first semester of 2024, the project has developed its first phase, and it will continue in 2025 with the second phase to make our destination more competitive in the tourism and conference sector.
