The chef
Chef Matilde Ludovica Frola has roots in the Susa Valley from which she left at a very young age for experiences in great restaurants in New York and Bangkok, back in the valley she collaborates with some Piedmontese starred restaurants and arrives at San Michele with her wealth of international experience and local tradition.
