It’s an autumn full of events in Torino. Venues and hotels are almost sold out. Let’s start immediately with Terra Madre - Salone del Gusto from 26 to 30 September, the world event dedicated to good, clean and fair food and food policies, at Parco Dora, with over 3,000 delegates from 120 countries and thousands of visitors. This is followed by numerous fairs at Lingotto Fiere and Oval, including Artissima, the fair dedicated to contemporary art (1-3 November). From 10 to 17 November, the Nitto ATP Finals, one of the most important tennis tournaments in the world. Can Sinner win the title this time?
The Congresses
On the conference front, the season has already opened at the beginning of September with several congresses at the Politecnico and the University of Torino, such as the 26th International Conference on Electrical Machines ICEM (600 pax from 1 to 4 September) or the 18th National Congress of the AIP Social Psychology Section (400 pax from 5 to 7 September). Scheduled medical congresses include the 38th National Congress SISC - Società Italiana Studio Cefalee (Italian Society for the Study of Headaches), 400 pax from 26 to 28 September, and the 28th National Congress SIMRI - Società Italiana per le Malattie Respiratorie Infantili (Italian Society for Infantile Respiratory Diseases), 400 pax from 10 to 12 October, both at the Lingotto Conference Centre.
From 20 to 22 November, Torino will host the 41st ANCI Annual Meeting at Lingotto Fiere, the annual event that gather mayors, local administrators, representatives of institutions, sector experts and companies to discuss the main challenges and opportunities facing Italian councils. 2,000 participants are expected.

From 7 to 11 October, the OGR Torino will host the European Cybersecurity Challenge 2024, the annual championship during which teams of 10 members aged 14 to 24, representing European and some invited non-European countries, participate on-site in cybersecurity competitions over 2 days, to determine the European champion; 1,000 participants expected. From 14 to 19 October, View Conference returns to the OGR Torino, the first international event in Italy on digital animation, special effects and computer graphics with conferences, shows and presentations for professionals.
