Villa Bria welcomes guests into elegant and evocative spaces, ideal for events of different sizes. On the ground floor, frescoed halls and refined salons decorated with elegant stucco extend over 250 sqm and host up to 220 guests, with 150 seated. From here the majestic frescoed staircase leads to the upper floor and is one of the villa’s most iconic settings for portraits and photographs.
The first floor, with its panoramic loggia overlooking the hills, includes five frescoed rooms covering 233 sqm and accommodating up to 210 guests, with 140 seats. The 18th-century Gallery, 60 meters long and decorated with elegant stucco, offers 308 sqm and can host up to 270 guests, 200 seated.
Outside, the ancient foundations recalling the 15th-century Castelpiano Castle form two open-air spaces of 120 sqm for up to 150 guests, set within the historic 1,000 sqm gardens with century-old trees and a monumental fountain, offering a refined setting for outdoor events.
