The card is:

•    Non-transferable and non-refundable;

•    Valid for one adult and one child under 12 years of age;

•    Available for purchase online only. The QR code must be shown on the receipt or via smartphone to staff at museums and cultural sites to obtain the free ticket;

•    The validity period begins to run in actual hours from the first use at participating museums offering free entry and will remain valid for the following 72 hours. If not activated, the card will remain valid for 365 days from the date of purchase;

•    The card does not entitle you to priority access or skip-the-queue entry; however, for some museums and attractions, advance booking is strongly recommended or compulsory. Alternatively, you can gain entry on the day by showing the QR code, but admission will be subject to availability and there may be waiting times. How to purchase your Torino+Piemonte Congress Card?

1.    First, select your congress from the list at the bottom of the page;

2.    Fill in the required details (attendee/accompanying person, first name, surname, date of birth, etc.);

3.    You can add up to two GTT tickets at a special transport rate for two or three days for each Torino+Piemonte Congress Card purchased;

4.     Register or log in to your account. You must be registered or logged in to complete the purchase;

5.    The confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration; 

6.    Pay by credit card to complete your purchase;

7.    After purchasing your card, you will receive an email containing the QR code, which you can use to enter museums. If you have also purchased a transport ticket, you will receive a second email containing the relevant QR code for use on public transport. You can also access your card and tickets in your personal account area on the website.
