The King's Wood is the monumental park historically connected to the Royal Castle of Moncalieri, an oasis of extraordinary landscape, historical and naturalistic value.
Unlike the gardens of many other aristocratic residences, designed on the plain to favour hunting or agricultural activities, this park is articulated in a system of terraces and reliefs over an area of approximately 7 hectares with spectacular views towards the Torino plain.
Its conformation and the variety of flora and fauna it hosts make it a unique jewel within the panorama of the Savoy Residences, a precious place where nature, history and architecture meet in the greenery.
