27,000 m² of lawn near the Docks Dora complex, the park is built on a former industrial area once occupied by the Iveco-Telai workshops and is dedicated to the partisan industrialist Aurelio Peccei, as well as being the first totally eco-sustainable park in Italy.
The space houses games and sports equipment for young and old, as well as cycle paths. The park's most distinctive elements are the Porcheddu trusses, the so-called ‘cathedral’, now a place for socialising, events and entertainment, and the piezometric tower, known as the ‘campanile’, recovered as an element of industrial archaeology.
