The Royal Museums invite the public to an extraordinary evening opening of the Royal Palace, enhanced by a unique event: the Grand Summer Ball in the Royal Gardens, with live music and historical re-enactments.
From 7.45 p.m. to 11.30 p.m., it will be possible to visit the first floor of the Royal Palace, to admire the Halls of Representation in an evocative evening atmosphere.
Making the extraordinary opening even more enthralling will be the 19th century Grand Ball, from 8.45 pm to 11.00 pm, realised in collaboration with the Turin Dance Society.
In the Giardini Reali, the dancers will dance wearing faithful reproductions of 19th century costumes and will perform quadrilles, waltzes, mazurkas and contradances.
Live music will be performed by the Salon Orchester, a chamber ensemble created within the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della Rai, conducted by Slovak violinist Michal Ďuriš.
Last admission at 10.45 p.m
