An evening dedicated to the meeting of art, sport, and civic reflection.

The event opens with the photographic exhibition The Argonauts - Modern heroes on a journey toward victory by artist Sabrina Losso, created using the wet collodion technique on glass plates. The project, part of the Milano Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympiad, portrays nine Paralympic athletes as contemporary heroes, highlighting the parallel between the discipline of athletic practice and the slowness of the artistic process. During the vernissage, the artist will guide the audience through her work, accompanied by a poetic intervention by Maurizio Gregorini.

The evening continues with the testimony of marathon runners Paola Patricelli and Roberta Pagliuca: Paola runs while pushing Roberta’s wheelchair, and together they have taken part in major international marathons. Their story is a powerful example of inclusion, friendship, and determination, also in view of the Torino Marathon.

This will be followed by the presentation of the book Unity of Sports for Preventive Peace with Fortunato D’Amico and Sara D’Amario: the book proposes sport as an educational tool capable of transforming conflict into relationship, promoting the concept of preventive peace.

The evening concludes with a concert by Enzo Maolucci, a key figure in Torino’s musical culture, who will bring to the stage a repertoire combining music and social reflection.
