The interpretations of the great Russian pianist, which come to life during the performance with a mystical intensity, spring from a deep knowledge of the works that make up his vast repertoire.

Sokolov returns to Lingotto with an all-Brahms recital which includes the 4 Ballades, Op. 10 and 2 Rhapsodies, Op. 79 a reflection on the passionate nature of the composer in his young years, influenced by Schumannian rhapsodic style.
