Spectacular views of the mountains of the Viù Valley combined with simple mountain cuisine: this is the Colle del Lys mountain refuge.
For lunch, we serve a menu that showcases the ingredients of our Alpine tradition, such as toma del lait brusc (a strong-flavoured cheese that tells the story of the mountain people of the past), polenta flour made from ancient Piedmontese corn (rustic and intense, stone-ground just like in the old days), and torcetti di Lanzo (biscuits strictly handmade according to the ancient popular tradition of these valleys).
The menu includes: flan with toma del lait brusc cheese, roe deer ravioli with alpine butter, polenta made from ancient Piedmontese corn with venison stew, and Bavarian cream with torcetti di Lanzo. Drinks not included.
