The Dzogchen Community is a secular community with an international dimension, based on the principles of awareness and respect. Sprung up spontaneously around Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, inspirer and Master, it represents a space suited to the needs of contemporary life, meeting the growing need to combine modern technology with ancient wisdom from which to draw.

Gino Vitiello - physician and psychotherapist, teacher of Yantra Yoga and Meditation - presents the book for which he is editor of the Italian edition.

The book collects the transcription of the retreat held by Master Norbu in 2014 in Mexico and offers an introduction to the Dzogchen teaching, whose practice enables the individual to discover his or her true nature.
