The event will reveal which menus were prepared at important events at the Palazzina, which dishes were loved by the sovereigns, and which desserts were prepared by the confectioners, starting with the most famous one: the head chef and confectioner of Charles Albert and Victor Emmanuel II Giovanni Vialardi, author of the ‘Treatise on Cuisine, Modern Confectionery, Credenza and its Confectionery’.
