Club Silencio kicks off the summer season with a special evening event at the Palazzina di Caccia in Stupinigi: the Summer Party will feature music, food, drinks and special access to the rooms of one of Piedmont’s most prestigious Savoy residences.
Until sunset, guests will be able to stroll through the historic gardens of the Palazzina, which has reopened its doors after years of closure.
Between the music set by LOST and FOUND, the lounge bar and the food offerings, there will be the chance to visit the Royal Apartments of the Palazzina, designed by Filippo Juvarra, admiring frescoes and Rococo decorations in rooms that over the centuries have hosted historical figures such as Napoleon Bonaparte and Queen Margherita of Savoy.
During the visit, you will also be able to explore the exhibition ‘Margherita’s Rooms’ and Napoleon’s carriage. The temporary exhibition ‘On the Queen’s Roads’ will also be open during the event. Tracing the origins of the modern car, with a selection of 19th-century carriages and historic cars from the MAUTO’s prized collection: on display are the Benz Victoria (1893), De Dion-Bouton 3½ HP (1899), Oldsmobile Curved Dash (1904) and many more!
