Among the most anticipated events of the Valsusa Filmfest is a meeting with Mauro Pagani, one of the most important Italian musicians from the 1970s to the present day, who will be in conversation with journalist and cultural operator Enrico Deregibus retracing the key stages of his career and recalling his fourteen-year collaboration with Fabrizio De André.
During the evening, Pagani will present, together with director Cristiana Mainardi, the documentary Andando dove non so - Mauro Pagani, una vita da fuggiasco, winner of the 2026 Nastro d’Argento for Best Documentary in the Music special section: the film tells the story of a delicate moment in the artist’s life and his journey of rebuilding his identity following a temporary loss of memory.
