The structure is newly built, situated in a strategic location just 15 minutes from Porta Nuova railway station, 3 km from the Lingotto trade fair centre and easily accessible by Torino's south ring road. It has 100 rooms, including singles, twins, doubles and quadruples, of which 60 are no smoking and 24 are interconnecting; accepts small pets. The hotel also makes two meeting rooms available for meetings, equipped with 65 places and complementary coffee breaks with homemade cakes, hot and cold drinks.
