La Sartoria is the place created by a group of professionals where haute cuisine is sewn to each individual customer. Each dish is constructed by the customer. Each customer has a tailor-made dinner chosen according to the size of the dishes (medium and large). A small restaurant with that warmth that only a few place settings can give, old sewing machines, lace and sobriety.
