In times of alignment of cuisines and tastes we feel the need to reintroduce the typical cuisine of these places, aware of a great tradition that has led Settimo Vittone to be one of the most "gastronomic" towns in Canavese.
Hence we felt the need to propose weekly appointments with traditional dishes, not so easily found in classic catering, and to use local producers for raw materials.
We find this philosophy in the simplicity with which we serve the dishes in the characteristic pans, as well as in the sobriety and speed of service.
