Let yourself be guided in a visit to the brewery Solaramà in Vaie located aat the foot of Sacra di San Michele.

The Brewmaster will show you the production techniques and the raw materials used; he will give you historical notes on the origins of beer and its evolution.

However, the experience would not be complete without tasting the wide range of beers produced in combination with typical Valsusini foods (in particular goffri, cheeses and cold cuts).
