Lots of anecdotes and trivia to then hand you the apron and turn you into skilled ice cream makers! Experience Gelato was born from the friendship and collaboration with Alberto Marchetti Gelaterie, excellence of Italian Gelato.
During the experience you will be supervised by expert gelato makers who will tell you stories and anecdotes and follow you in creating your favorite flavor!

DISCOVER What Gelato is and how it is made, ingredients and processes to create the world’s most famous ice cream. Where and when was the first gelato born? Between Italian records and interesting anecdotes you can discover all the secrets of gelato.

TASTE You will taste the ingredients with which you will create your ice cream! High-quality raw materials ready to be enjoyed: macaroons, chocolate, hazelnut and lots of goodness! And, of course, the ice cream you will have made.

CREATE You will be accompanied step by step in the creation of your homemade ice cream. You will be able to choose different flavors to taste the best of Turin’s tradition. An ice cream maker, spatulas, scoops and excellent ingredients will be at your disposal to create your very tasty ice cream that you can eat in cups or cones!
