Pinerolese
In the area extending between Barge (in the province of Cuneo) and Cumiana, passing through the Pellice, Chisone and Germanasca valleys, wines appreciated for their pleasant bouquet and the rarity of the vines have been produced since time immemorial.
Pinerolese Ramìe
It is produced exclusively in the communes of Perosa Argentina and Pomaretto, with Avanà, Avarengo, Neretto and other not-aromatic red grapes. The vineyards on the slopes of the first hills of Val Germanasca represent an example of 'heroic viticulture'.
Doux d’Henry
Exclusively present in the Pinerolo area, especially in the foothills, it has the particularity of having male-sterile flowers; the grape is vinified almost purely for Doux d'Henry but also together with other varieties for other types.
