DAY 1
Day arrival in the Pinerolo area.
Free lunch.
Accommodation in 3-star hotel in Cantalupa.
Conveniently located in the center of the town, it is ideal for those who like to relax in a quiet place, but at the same time without giving up all the comforts ... to enjoy the magnificent mountain views and enjoy all the natural beauty the valley has to offer.
Free time to discover Pinerolo, the city where chivalry was born.
The Historical Museum of the Cavalry is based in Pinerolo in the former Principe Amedeo Barracks. It was in Pinerolo, starting in the early 1900s by Captain Federigo Caprilli, that the modern method of horseback riding was exported all over the world.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant with typical dishes.

Breakfast at the Hotel with local products (artisanal honey, local hams and cheeses).
Morning at leisure for some relaxation.

Sensory experience in the garden of Casa Lajolo, an 18th-century historic home: discover and experience a historic garden "with other eyes" and awaken your senses, immersing yourself in a welcoming natural setting full of stimuli, among relaxing sounds, plants to be discovered at your fingertips, surprising scents and flavors.
A moment of well-being, to regain the pleasure of a rich, slow and patient exploration, far from the hustle and bustle of our time. At the end of the sensory experience, a tour of the dwelling will take place.
Dinner at the farmhouse on the hillside of Pinerolo on the side overlooking Monviso, in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, where the guest feels at home. In the kitchen, dishes are made with products from the farm, from meat to vegetables, from fruit to honey and wine.

Breakfast at the Hotel with local products (artisan honey, local hams and cheeses).
Visit to Miradolo Castle, located at the mouth of Val Chisone and Val Pellice, home to a historic park, a gem of high naturalistic value with more than 70 different botanical species.
The castle’s camellia grove is home to more than 130 specimens of camellias among the oldest and rarest varieties in Italy. Depending on the period, the castle hosts art exhibitions, music concerts and events.
