Since generations the company highlights the local grapevine, among which the Dolcetto, cultivated under the Brunetta Fort bastions ; the Avanà and the Becuèt, cultivated near from the chapel of Meana Patron Saint. With their names the wines recall the following towns : Custum, La Brunetta, La Capela, San Costants. The Pelissero have undertaken a path to enhance their grapes : in 2003 they have obtained the DOC certification and in 2013 they have obtained the organic certification. The production includes also grappa. Visit of the winery on reservation.
