With almost 200 stalls representing all product categories, the Borgo Vittoria market is an example of the integration of commerce and town history.
In addition to the wide choice of products on offer, the presence of numerous shops, establishments and services in the area adds to the square's economic and cultural centrality. One example is the Church of Our Lady of Health, which houses the remains of St Leonard Murialdo and in the crypt under the altar are the bones of the Fallen of the Battle of Torino in 1706. Hence the name of the Borgo Vittoria district
