Small exploitation managed with passion by Pier Bruno Baracchini. The disposition of the ranks, cultivated in contour plowing (girapoggio) on the hill summit, gave its name at the cellar. In the 1 acre vineyard are mainly cultivated the Barbera and Merlot vines. The cellar temperature is entirely controlled. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel to obtain the wine Collina Torinese Barbera DOC, which is bottled and sell after 18 months in tank and 6 months of maturation in bottle.
