The Casa Gianduja Museum will host a selection of the highly prestigious Grilli Puppet Company Collection, which now numbers more than 20,000 marionettes and puppets spanning a period from the 18th century to the present day. In addition to a large number of materials belonging to famous Piedmontese and Italian companies and families, the Grilli Collection includes marionettes, puppets and shadow puppets from different countries around the world: England, France, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Turkey, India, China, Burma and the United States.
The showcases will feature a selection of Italian marionettes and puppets from the Grilli Collection belonging to prestigious Italian art families.
To support didactics within the Museum, the public will find multimedia panels where they can deepen their knowledge of the collection and of Figure Theatre in general.
