Ecomuseo della Castagna

The ecomuseum features an antique mill of hydraulic energy, which is still functioning, which is used for grinding of chestnuts from which we obtain the flour used for the production of food products. The eco-museum system is completed by an external route reported that, starting from the central square of the village, salt to sweet chestnut woods where you can see: century-old chestnut trees, old houses (buckets) in which retreated leaves, ricciaie where dispose of empty curly and dryers in the field where he transformed the fresh chestnuts in dry product.
