Grand Hotel Ala di Stura

Situated in a small mountain town of the Valle di Lanzo, at an altitude of 1100 metres, the Grand Hotel Ala di Stura is a 3-star hotel with a long and noble history: built between 1906 and 1910, it had 200 rooms, ensuite apartments, running water in all rooms, lift, telegraph, telephone and the clientele may have included personalities such as Guglielmo Marconi and the Savoy family.
Today it has 22 rooms sleeping 38 people, a conference room and a restaurant that can serve up to 250 people and favours Tuscan cuisine. The location, served by ski-lift facilities and artificial snow-making is ideal for families, relaxation and sport, with numerous excursion itineraries, the possibility of having a try at sports fishing in the Stura river and the cultural itineraries among districts and villages.
