Our raw materials come strictly from local and selected suppliers who guarantee the authenticity of the products.
Our recipes use free-range chickens, Piedmontese fassone meat prevenient from agrimacelleria , mountain pasture cheeses and cured meats typical of Piedmont and beyond..
Please note that our cuisine is freshly prepared, so sometimes there is a risk that the waiting time between courses may be a little longer, but at the same time they guarantee you, the consumer, a greater confirmation of quality.
