The gourmet restaurant Casa Amélie- 24 places on two floors- opens in Turin in 2017. The menu is a contemporary mix between the Piedmontese cuisine and the Napoleatan chef's roots.
Seasonal products and very high quality ingredients from the local farmers are at the basis of the dishes.
Name and logo take their inspiration from the chef Guido Perino's French Bulldog. "Casa" refers to the "at home" feeling that the restaurant wants to offer to its clients.
