La Filanda

La Filanda is one of Bardonecchia's historic eateries, located at the foot of the main street, it is only 300 m from the train station and has ample parking in front. Our menu is wide and varied: our specialty is fish dishes, but there is no shortage of local products such as venison moccetta, polenta and game. Fresh pasta, gnocchi and ravioli, is homemade, as are most of our desserts. Last but not least is our pizza. A simple and genuine dough: only flour, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil and yeast, which mixed with wisdom by our pizzaiolo create a thin and tasty pizza; always well garnished with fresh and quality ingredients. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, as is the bread: also made by us, it is baked fresh daily. Also try the farinata, served plain or stuffed.
