The dishes at Osteria Le Ramin-e take life and flavor from the raw materials produced by the artisans and farmers of the Pinerolo valleys, with whom Steven has forged a lasting bond over the years of the Malan Locanda del Postale. Only what is homemade comes out of the kitchen: from pasta, to biscuits. The cheese board offers a wide selection of the best small producers in Piedmont. The menu follows the order of the seasons so it changes about every two months.
