The basket in which the grapes were picked and transported was called ‘Garbin’. This is the name of the family restaurant, which offers local cuisine and pure wines produced by the farm of the same name from Avanà, Becuet and Baratuciat grapes, wines from blends as in the tradition of Valsusa DOC, organic wildflower honey from the mountains and saffron.
