Porcini mushrooms prepared in various culinary specialities, cooked or raw, just as you prefer. Three days dedicated to porcini mushrooms, which are very common in our hilly and mountainous areas, with their intense and inimitable aroma, cooked in a variety of ways, from salads to soups.
As a side event to the food pavilion, there are dance evenings from Friday to Sunday evening.
On Sunday, a market in the streets of the village and a walk to discover our mountains offer the opportunity to get to know the area up close, while a concert in the square allows you to listen to excellent folk music.
On Thursday evening, the festival opens with a concert by the bands of Quassolo and Donnas.
