The Conte Verde, the official mask of the Rivoli Carnival, is inspired by the figure of Amedeo VI of Savoy, a protagonist of medieval history and deeply connected to Rivoli, the seat of the Savoy court in the 14th century.
The 2026 edition of the Carnival consists of several events: on Saturday 7th, the Children's Carnival is scheduled at Cascine Vica, starting at 3 pm from Largo Pistoia and arriving at the Falcone Gardens; on Friday 13th, the Masked Ball at the Don Puglisi Meeting Centre (Via Camandona), while on Sunday 15th, the city will once again be filled with colour, music and participation with a parade of floats, bands and majorettes.
For the eighth consecutive year, thanks to the collaboration with the Amleto Bertoni Foundation of Saluzzo, the Carnival of the Two Provinces takes shape, with the participation of allegorical floats from the area and five floats in competition.
