The workshop was founded in 1930 by Gualtiero Croci and his wife in Turin, where it is located still today.
The visit will allow you to watch the processing of chocolate according to the traditional methods transmitted by Gualtiero’s father: for example, the “duroni” cherries are chosen and bought directly from the farmers of the Piedmont hill and the stalk and stone are removed by hand from every single cherry. Come and discover where small delicacies such as liqueurs (with liquor inside), “bombi” with zabajone, “arancini” (croquettes) with candied oranges, spicy biscuits and many others are born.
What awaits you:
- exclusive tour of production with company staff
- walking tour with dedicated guide
- shopping in the company
Minimum age: 6 years
