Calibro 35 (Tommaso Colliva, Massimo Martellotta, Enrico Gabrielli and Fabio Rondanini) are recognised the world over as one of the coolest projects on the Italian alternative music scene. Born of a research project into the sounds of the golden age of Italian soundtracks, in just over fifteen years of activity they have produced eight albums, signed several soundtracks, devoted special projects to well-known and lesser-known music - including the monumental Scacco al Maestro dedicated to Ennio Morricone -, being sampled by hip-hop heavyweights such as JayZ, Dr Dre and Timbaland, and sharing the stage with artists such as Sharon Jones, Tundercat, Sun Ra Archestra, Muse, JET and many others. On 6 June 2025, Exploration, the band's ninth album and the ideal development of their previous EP Jazzploitation, will be released.
