Astrophysicist Ersilia Vaudo recounts the miracle of light.

Some 380,000 years after the beginning of everything, here is a miracle. Fiat lux. From that primordial plasma, light emerges. A glow, a voice, which, intertwined with that of gravity, manages to tell us about the Universe. Yet, in the story that emerges, the invisible is the rule.

Since 1991, Ersilia Vaudo has worked at the European Space Agency; she is President and co-founder of the Association Il Cielo itinerante, which brings the sky where it does not reach among children in areas of educational poverty.
