La banalità del mare

First appointment of the second season of Tracks, a multidisciplinary cultural project of the Turin-based music-theatre company Accademia dei Folli.

At 3 p.m., the first UrbanTracks urban safari takes place, entitled Nothing new on the wage front; at 6 p.m., Teatro Studio Bunker hosts the show The banality of the sea by the Novara-based company Cabiria Teatro.

Two stories are told: that of a seasonal worker today and one from 1891, the year of the first celebration in Italy of Workers' Day. Both protagonists are divided, torn in two between the impossibility of being able to love, to be able to live, at least to exist, and the courage to face an existence that tries in every way to crush you and put you under.
