Saturday: from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the “tome and salami estimate” and old-fashioned games for all children; from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. arrival of the herds. Sunday: 10 a.m.-12 noon didactic time to prepare the tome; 10 a.m.-1 p.m. ‘Tome and Salami Appraisal’; 4 p.m. awarding of prizes to MISS MUCCA and MISS MANZA, with the ‘Roudun’ prize awarded to the first prize-winner.
