Scents from Antiquity – Workshop for children
Following the success of the first session in February, the P. A. Garda Civic Museum in Ivrea is once again hosting “Scents from Antiquity”, an interactive workshop designed for children to discover the scents, essences and beauty rituals of the ancient world. 
The activity will begin with a short guided tour of the museum’s archaeological collection and will continue with an engaging sensory workshop, during which participants will learn about the natural ingredients, essences and techniques used in antiquity. Each child will have the opportunity to create their own personal perfume, to take home as a memento of the experience. The workshop, led by archaeologist Elisa Benedetto, lasts approximately two hours and is designed to introduce young people to archaeological heritage in a creative, engaging and multi-sensory way.
